And so it begins: Quinn informed us that he has a girlfriend. It appears that the girl informed him of this new status earlier today. Of course, his mother and I were curious about how relationships work in kindergarten, so we pressed for details. Turns out she has another boyfriend as well.
"She's keeping her options open," Jenny chuckled. "So who's the other boy?"
"I don't know," Quinn replied, stuffing more dinner in his mouth.
"You don't know?" I said, incredulous.
"She told me, but I didn't hear what she said."
"Sounds familiar," Jenny said, under her breath.
