your package is late because I like beer

We were boxing up a few gifts to mail to my nieces and nephew. There was a box in the basement that was the perfect size; formerly it had held half a case of beer. I held it up to the gifts. "I think this will work."

My wife wasn't sure it was a good idea. "Do you think we need to wrap it in brown paper?"

"Nah. Besides, my brother will think I've sent him beer, and that's kinda funny."

The post office disagreed.

And people wonder why the USPS is losing money.
